Ingredients
1 lrg Beet, peeled and cubed, cooked for easy blending (steamed for 10 min max)
1 c Pineapple chunks, frozen
1 nice size Kiwi, peeled or not peeled (your preference)
1 c Spinach
1 c Greek Yogurt, plain
1 tbsp Flaxeeds
1″ nub Ginger, chopped small
1 c Coconut Water
Ice/optional
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until fully mixed and smooth. Add ice and blend for a thicker smoothie. Serve and enjoy!
