1 c Blueberries, frozen
1/4 Avocado
1 c Coconut Water
1/4 c canned Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Honey, to taste
1 tbls MCT Oil
1 tbls Reishi Powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in your blender, and blend until smooth. For a thicker consistency, add ice and blend again.
