Ingredients
1/2 Mango, cut into small pieces
1 Banana, frozen
1/2 c Coconut Milk
1 tsp Coconut Oil (preferable MCT oil)
1 tbls Flaxseed
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
5 Almonds, thinly chopped (OPTIONAL – 1 oz will add 165 calories)
Ice/optional
Instructions
Run all the ingredients through your blender until smooth. Add ice if desired. Sprinkle the top with almond pieces
