1 Pear
4 Carrots
1/2 Cucumber
1 Beet (steamed for a maximum of 10 minutes)
1 tbls Flaxseed / optional
Instructions
Run the first 4 ingredients through your juicer. Add the flaxseed to your cup and mix well.
