Fat Burning Juice for Weight Loss. So I saw this juice recipe that stated – if you drink this juice twice a day for 3 weeks, you could lose 30 pounds.
Now I personally don’t need to lose that many pounds, so I can’t really say if 30 pounds is doable or not. But I could stand to shed around 5 or 10. Plus … if I could give my body the nutrients, the vitamins, and all the other benefits this one drink provides … then I’m all in.
But let me say this, I would not make this weight loss drink the only source of food for your weight loss diet. While it’s great to incorporate this beverage into your weight loss plan, please be sure to eat something throughout the day.
Fat Burning Juice that Includes the Pineapple Rind in the Juice Preparation

makes eight 8 ounce drinks
INGREDIENTS
1 Pineapple
1 Cucumber (sliced)
1/4 lb fresh Ginger (chopped)
1 whole Lemon (juiced)
DIRECTIONS
First things first. This first step will be the most tedious, but the benefits of the pineapple skin are amazing and so well worth the time spent.
Wash the pineapple thoroughly. Cut the skin off the fruit and place the rind in 64 ounces of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to simmer and continue to simmer for 45 minutes, no less than 30. Let it cool, then strain the liquid into a nice size container, and set aside.
Chop the pineapple flesh (including the center), slice the cucumber (skin and all), chop the ginger into small pieces, and juice the lemon. Add all four ingredients into your blender – see, this is why you need a big NINJA 🙂 and blend until smooth.
I did my blending in two stages. I took out half of the freshly blended ingredients and set them aside. Then I added half of the pineapple skin juice to the pineapple, ginger, cucumber and lemon mix, and blended all together until there was a nice smooth juice.
Have one of these drinks first thing in the morning, preferably on an empty stomach, and then another one at night. I usually drink mine a couple hours before going to bed.
