Goji Berry, Strawberry, and Date Smoothie For Inflammation Relief
makes two 8oz glasses

Ingredients
10 large Strawberries
1 Banana
1/2 Avocado
1 handful dried Goji Berries
2 tbls Sunflower Seeds
5 Medjool Dates, sliced in quarters for easier blending
1 c Almond Milk
Coconut Water (optional)

Instructions
Add all ingredients into your blender and give it a good whirl. Add some coconut water for a thinner consistency.
