makes two 8oz glasses

Ingredients
1 c Kale (or Spinach)
1/2 ripe Banana
1/2 c plain non-fat Greek Yogurt
1 tbls Almond Butter
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 c unsweetened Almond Milk

Instructions
Add the ingredients above to your favorite blender and give it a good whirl. Add ice if you prefer a thicker consistency and blend again.
