Smoothie for Constipation Relief
Makes two 8oz servings
Ingredients
1/2 Banana
1 Peach
1/2 Pear
1 Avocado
3 Figs
3/4 c Greek Yogurt
1/2 c Coconut Milk (can substitute with Coconut Water)
Water
Instructions
Thoroughly wash the peach and pear as you want to keep the skin on for the fiber. Add all ingredients, less the water, to your blender and give it a good whirl. Add water if you want a thinner consistency.
