Energy Smoothie with Peanut Butter, Strawberry, and Banana
Peanut Butter Energy Smoothie
makes two 8oz servings
Ingredients
5 Strawberries
1 ripe Banana
1-2 tbls Peanut Butter (I used 2)
1/2 c Greek Plain Yogurt
3/4 Almond Milk
options – 1 tbls MCT Oil for bigger boost of energy or 1 tbls Chaga Mushroom Powder
Instructions
Mix all ingredients into your blender and give it a good whirl. Can add ice for a thicker consistency
