What makes the three fruits, Pineapple, Kiwi, and Banana, such a powerhouse together?
Well Pineapple contains a potent anti-inflammatory enzyme called bromelain, that reduces exercise-induced muscle damage and inflammation and also enhances recovery. It’s also high in vitamin C, which helps your immune system, Vitamins A, B6, E, and K, Manganese and Calcium.
Kiwi contains antioxidants and are a good source of fiber, plus its green flesh is full of nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin E, folate, and potassium.
And Banana contains magnesium which is important to heart health and potassium for blood pressure.

How to Make a Pineapple and Kiwi Fruit Smoothie
Pineapple Kiwi Banana Smoothie
Makes two 12oz glasses
Ingredients
1 Pineapple round, approx 1″ thick
1 Banana, frozen
1 Kiwi
1 c Oat Milk
3/4 c Greek Yogurt
1 tbls Reishi Mushroom Powder
1 scoop Collagen Peptides
Instructions
Toss all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. Add ice (totally optional) for a thicker consistency.
