When using a fresh pineapple, cut two 1/2″ slices. Should come out to approx 1 1-2 c of fresh pineapple.

Makes two 12oz glasses
INGREDIENTS
2 fresh Pineapple rounds, sliced into chunks
1 frozen Banana
3/4 c Greek Yogurt
1 c Almond Milk
1 tbls Peanut Butter
1 tbls Reishi Mushroom Powder
1 scoop Collagen Protein
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients into blender and give it a good whirl. Add ice for more thickness if desired
