Berries and Spirulina Smoothie for Glowing Skin. Ingredients
1/4 c each Blueberries, Raspberries and Strawberries
1/4 c Kale
1 c Greek Yogurt
1 tbls Flaxseed
1 tbls Honey
1 tbls Spirulina
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if desired
