Detoxifying Apple Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients
2 Carrots, peeled and chopped
1 Apple, cored
1 Banana
1/2 c Coconut Milk
1/2 c Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Coconut Oil – preferably MCT oil
1 tsp ground Ginger

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if desired. If you think you’ll have problems blending the carrots, you can steam them first for 10 minutes.
