INGREDIENTS
1 tbls acai powder
1 c frozen raspberries
1/2 c frozen strawberries
1 Banana
1/2 c papaya (frozen)
1/2 c coconut water
1 tsp coconut oil or MCT oil
1 tbls hemp seeds or flax meal
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients into your blender and give it a good whirl. If it’s too thick, add more coconut water to the blend. If you want more thickness, just add a couple ice cubes.
