Goji Schizandra Berry Lemonade Smoothie
makes 2 8oz cups
(add 1 cal and 1g carb for Schizandra Berry Powder
to the Nutrition facts)

INGREDIENTS
8 oz Water, chilled
4 oz Coconut Water
1 c Raspberries (frozen or fresh)
1 Lemon, juiced
1 tbls Goji Berries
2 tsp Schizandra Berry powder
1 scoop Collagen Peptides
Honey or Stevia to sweeten

INSTRUCTIONS
Optional: Soak Goji berries in the coconut water for approx 15 min to soften. Please all ingredients together in a blender and give it a good whirl. If you want to supercharge this drink, add 2 tsp Chia seeds or some fresh Aloe vera gel.
